In order to reduce the spread of infectious diseases in Russia, it is necessary to approve new rules for providing labor migrants, Russian Academy of Sciences, Vice President of Russian Education Academy Gennady Onishchenko. Specifically, he proposes to negotiate with the countries that foreigners come first to preliminary medical examination and vaccination.
