As stated in the document, the exact location of the opening of the center will be reported no more than 30 days before the date of creation. The contractor will have to prepare appropriate educational, art and reference materials, organize the opening ceremony and organize a round table for teaching languages.
In addition, his duties include supporting the network of TATAGEST and TATAR literature centers in Russia and the world areas. Such organizations are currently operating in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, UFA, Tashkent, Baku, Minsk, Astana, Bishkek and other cities.
For 15 educational and cultural centers, online lectures on language, literature and TATAR culture, as well as the actual TATAR language consultations will be held.
