More than 2.5 billion rubles from the beginning of 2025 in Tatarstan were allocated to conserve cultural heritage. Currently, there are 15 monuments in the recovery stage – most of them in Kazan. Five more people opened this year after updating. At the same time, programs that attract investors have been actively implemented – more than 55 million rubles have been sent for these purposes. 2.5 billion rubles are allocated to maintain windows
Since the beginning of 2025, Tatarstan has allocated more than 2.5 billion rubles to conserve cultural heritage. To compare, in 2024, the amount amounted to 5.7 billion rubles. There are not enough investors
The question of attracting investors in the field of protection and restoration of cultural heritage subjects continues, and Gushchin continues. To solve the problem, the Government has developed a number of stimulating programs.
– One of the effective mechanisms is the sale of cultural heritage objects in an unsatisfactory state with a preferential price of a ruble. This is one of the forms of public -private partnership. In 2023, 202025, with a preferential price in Kazan, Elabuga and Chistopol, 18 subjects were realized, the chairman of the Commission reported.
Since 2024, information about the objects sold has also been posted on the “heritage.D.RF” platform. This list includes 30 Tatarstan monuments – mostly in Chistopol, Elabuga and Baltasy.
– Currently, along with the heads of the city area, we are inventory inadequate. According to the results of the job, the list of objects will be expanded, Mr. Gushchin emphasized.
