According to the weather forecast of Primhydromet Boris Kubai, most of the rainfall will fall into the southern areas – from Hassan lake to Hanka lake. Here, the monthly rain rate may decrease in a day.
It is expected to have up to 100 mm in Khasansky district, up to 80 mm in the low land of USSURIYSK and on the low zone Prokhankay. Vladivostok will lose up to 80 mm, and on the east coast – in the Nakhodka and Partizansk – 30 mm matches will decrease. At the same time, the tornado will also bring a storm: the wind jerks up to 27 m/s expected in the regional center.
Meteorologists warn that small rivers may leave the coast. Water can flood agricultural vehicles and local roads. Watercrbs in the south of the area will react especially quickly, where it may flood short -term but strong.
In Vladivostok, the weather will start on the night of May 2 and will continue in the morning. In 12 hours, rainfall of up to 40 mm may decrease. Forecasters have announced a storm warning.
Residents and visitors of the area are required to plan in advance and comply with preventive measures. Rescue services are switched to high inspection mode.
