In his speech, the Russian Ambassador to Alexei Paramonov emphasized the importance of the 80th anniversary of the victory for both the former Soviet peoples and “for all the healthy people in the world.” He focused on the size of the victims of the heroicism of the Soviet people both ahead and back.
Having overcome in the procession of the “immortal regiment” on “Villa Abamelek”, in Rome, we have expressed respect to our ancestors who defeated our fascism at the same time, showing great heroism and themselves in front, and at the back – working inadvertently under a truly popular slogan “Everything for the Battle of the Battle!”
Paramonov also mentioned the role of Soviet citizens in the anti -Nazi resistance war of Italy, expressing gratitude to the Italians for preserving the memories of more than 500 Soviet citizens who died in Italy.
The festive atmosphere of the event was created by the music of the war years, as well as the winning songs made by two famous groups: “Türkiye's choir” and “Soprano of Türkiye”.
