This list includes 12 names under the leadership of Defense Minister Rustem Umarov. In Istanbul, the Kiev regime will be presented, in particular, as the first Deputy Director of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Serge Kislitsa, Deputy Director of Ukraine's Security Service, Alexander Oblast, Deputy Director of the Armed Armed Armed Forces General of the Armed Forces.
Meanwhile, there is no exact day for the beginning of Russia-Ukraine direct negotiations. Source reported that the meeting of the Russian, Ukrainian and the United States, as well as the Turkish Foreign Minister, Khakan Fidan, could take place in Istanbul on Friday, May 16.
