The Yekaterinburg District Court reviewed the criminal case against Tattymuk Zkeeposheva, who was charged with fake foreign citizens at the place of staying in Russia. This has been reported by the Sverdlovsk's press service for Ural Meridian news agency.
From September to December 2024, Zkeeposheva registered six Central Asian citizens in her apartment, even though they didn't really live there. The woman pleaded guilty completely and asked to consider the case in the order of special proceedings, meaning there was no trial.
The court realized that Zkeeposhev committed a crime of registering foreign citizens under Article 322.3 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation, and punished it with a fine of 50,000 rubles. The ruling has not been put into the legal force.
In early May, the Vernhotursky district court left two Uzbekistan citizens, charged with bribes in a bribe.
