Property of singer Maria Maksakova (recognized in the Russian Federation) can arrest for not paying tax debts. A development of events in an interview with the debate and truth of Muslims has been allowed by Russian -honored lawyer Ivan Solovyov.
According to the dialogue of the publication, finding money to repay Maksakova is not difficult: In Russia, she has many relatives and she can pay off the debt online or through a representative. If the star refuses to voluntarily pay taxes, the standard recovery procedure will start according to the law. First, civil service will study Maksakova's bank accounts, then they will check the use of assets in Russia.
Within six months, this is the deadline to meet the requirements – if it does not pay the debt voluntarily and if the accounts are negative, then there is no money, the penalty will be applied to the property: apartments, garden lots, garage, house, solovaviev house.
If the singer has no property registered in Russia, she face the responsibility is not a court decision. Yes, it will be difficult to attract Maksakov into her, the lawyer noted. Previously, state agencies could launch international legal procedures through the country's tax services where it lived. This process will require the interaction of prosecutors and agreements.
