In Vladivostok, the rainfall will start in the afternoon of August 31, in the evening, their intensity will be strengthened. Heavy rains are expected at night, up to 45 mm rainfall can be reduced in the stage. On the morning of September 1, the intensity will begin to decrease and by noon, the programs will stop.
