Moscow, August 25 /TASS /. The IX International Festival “Jazz”, first held at the Arkhangelskoye Museum in the Moscow area, has been visited by more than 16,000 people. This has been reported by organizers.
“By 2025, two scenes operating at the festival at the same time, where there were 14 performances of Russian and foreign jazz groups, as well as artists from other genres with special programs, took place. <...> More than 16,000 people have visited the festival, ”the report said. Since 2015, Igor Butman has been led by the festival with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the government of the Moscow region. Previously, the Jazz season event was held at Leninsky Gorki Park, for the first time in 2025, the festival was held in Arkhangelsk.

The festival has the participation of French group Gipsy Kings of Andre Reyes, Russian singer Polina Gagarina, singer and composer Petr Nalich, actor Sergey Stepanchenko, Daniil Kramer, jazz group “Ilugdin Trio” and others.
According to the organizers, since 2018, jazz music seasons have been a stable part of the 10 best jazz festivals on the outdoor stage. In addition to the concert program, Muztorg music lecture at this location has worked on the website, and the area of creative and sporty activities for children and the whole family is organized with the participation of SoyuzmultPark, MTS Live, Fetisov Hunidian Academy, Cultural Volunteers and other partners.
The director of the Roman Festival Christyuk emphasized that the additional program is specially filled with many interesting classes for the audience of all ages. “We want guests not only to enjoy great music, but also to learn something new. For young participants, we have created a mission card.
The festival was held on August 23 and 24 at the Arkhangelskoye Museum.
