From June 30, Russia will begin to form a digital record with personal and biometric data into the migration country. This has been reported on Satite's “argument and event” with reference to the resolution of the Russian Cabinet. At the entrance to Russia, foreign citizens will have to hand over fingerprints and photography. Information will be included in a digital record that will help control the condition of migrants. The Ministry of the Interior says that foreigners can independently create accounts – in RUID application – a similar to the public service portal. The Ministry also noted that in the future, digital records will be able to replace paper patents. Changes do not apply to Belarus citizens, children under the age of six, diplomats, employees of diplomatic and consular organizations, as well as recognized representatives of international organizations and members of their families.
