It is necessary in advance, at least three days before this country, registering to the “State service” information portal. It was a joke that was called “migration -ID.” In the application, you need to enter your personal data, write the purpose of the trip, route, address in Russia, upload photos and data of the documents that the border will overcome. In emergencies, such as illness or death, you may undergo identification of four hours before the entrance. The application itself is valid for 90 days. If there is no obstacle to entry, the Ruid state service system will create a personal code. It needs to be displayed on the border control.
