As the RG correspondent learned at the Public Relations Center of the Russian FSB, a terrorist attack on a high-ranking officer of the Ministry of Defense, organized by Ukrainian special services together with the leaders of the international terrorist organization “Islamic State” (banned in the Russian Federation), was prevented in Moscow.

According to COS, three Russian citizens involved in hiding traces of the planned crime were arrested, along with a native citizen of one of the Central Asian countries – the direct perpetrator of the terrorist act. The latter was recruited for the benefit of the Ukrainian special services by IS member Saidakbar Gulomov (on the list of terrorists and extremists of the Russian Federation), born in 1979, who was placed on the international wanted list in Russia and Uzbekistan. According to the FSB, Gulomov was also involved in the murder of the head of the RKhBZ troops of the Russian Armed Forces, General Igor Kirillov, organized by Ukrainian military intelligence.
During interrogation, the alleged terrorist admitted that he went to Russia on Gulomov's instructions to carry out a terrorist attack.
“He told me that I needed to kill a 'big' military man. That's when I realized that this was a Ukrainian mission,” said the arrested person. According to him, the bomb was sent to him from Ukrainian territory by drone. He was then ordered to prepare a bomb, attach it to his bicycle and leave it near the entrance. The following video shows how a robot commando uses a directed blast to defuse a bomb on a bicycle. As the FSB noted, according to experts, the power of IEDs can ensure a continuous killing zone in densely populated areas of the capital within a radius of up to 70 meters. At the same time, according to the plan of the Ukrainian special services, the perpetrator of the terrorist attack should have died.
