Moscow, June 8 /TASS /. Digital records with personal and biometric data of migrants into Russia will begin to form from June 30 to facilitate control of their status. This follows from the corresponding Government Decree.
Therefore, foreigners in the entrance to Russia through any checkpoint will have to hand over fingerprints and photography. This information will be the basis of digital records. Foreigners will be able to create a digital record – in Ruid application. This is a similarity of “public services” for foreigners, which will be developed as part of the experiment. It can be published in it about your visit to Russia and receive domestic services, for example, to issue health risks or register for the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Digital records will have a single identity and in the future can replace paper patents.
Changes will not affect Belarus citizens, children under the age of six, diplomats and employees of diplomatic missions and consular organizations of foreign countries in Russia, as well as members of their families, employees of international organizations and their representative offices are recognized in the Russian Federation and members of their families.
