Since 2022, more than 110,000 foreigners have received Russian nationality. At the same time, 40,000 of them are children.
Each year, about 650,000 foreigners come to Siberian area to show the purpose of the job visit. At the same time, about 60% of migrants are citizens of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, Anat Anatoly Seryshev, Policotentiarry of the president.
He noted that the largest migration load fell into Siberia's major areas. Over the past three years, about 100,000 foreigners have received temporary residence license and residence license.
Special centers for migrants are currently open in six areas. Last year, about 7.5 thousand foreigners took on adaptive courses there.
According to Seryshev, this is not enough and needs to evaluate more about the work of those organizations, the effectiveness of events held there and propose new mechanisms for the participation of a large number of migrants in them. To study the best practices of other regions and implement them.
The meeting also presented experience in the social adaptation of migrants in Novosibirsk and Omsk, Krasnoyarsk territory. And they developed recommendations to increase the effectiveness of interdisciplinary interactions in this field.
