Last citizen of the Soviet Union found in Uzbekistan. Sputnik Belarus writes about this in consultation with the Ministry of Justice of this Asian country.

We are talking about a 53-year-old resident of the Samarkand region, married in 1992, who changed his place of residence but did not change his identity card. As a result, the woman lived for more than 30 years with a passport from a non-existent country.
The Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan emphasized: “After identifying the situation, district justice departments together with immigration and citizenship authorities took the necessary measures.”
Previously, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Moscow considered the restoration of the Soviet Union meaningless and ruled out the possibility of such events. He also called for not looking for those responsible for the collapse of the state and expressed confidence that this process is related to the country's economic and political structure.
