The international real estate summit “Movement” ended in Tashkent, in which about 450 leading managers, investors and experts from 239 companies participated. The geography of the summit is being systematically expanded; This year participants and speakers came from Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, UAE, China, India, UK, Germany, Italy and France.


Representatives of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Social Services of Uzbekistan attended the opening of the conference. In his welcoming speech, the founder of the Movement, Ilya Piskulin, announced that China will be the host country for the next international summit, and also announced the launch of a new project: starting from April, a real estate community will appear on the basis of the Movement real estate club, which will gather talented real estate agents from across the country to exchange experience.
On the first day of the conference, the audience's attention was focused on the growing market of Uzbekistan.
Director General of the Commonwealth Partnership Agency of Uzbekistan (CMWP Uz) Denis Sokolov said that the introduction of escrow accounts in Uzbekistan, scheduled for January 1, 2026, will probably be postponed to the fall. According to the expert, banks in Uzbekistan are less prepared for the transition, while the development community as a whole is ready for the adoption of deposits.

Discussing the relationship between the two countries – Russia and Uzbekistan, Anna Danchenok, a partner at Ykov and Partners, shares her forecast that Russian developers in the near future in the next few years will begin to penetrate more actively into the republic's market with their own projects amid a natural increase in demand in the Uzbekistan market.
Speaking about the new project Sea Breeze resort in Uzbekistan, president of Agalarov Development Company, owner of Sea Breeze Resort Emin Agalarov expressed hope for the establishment of a free economic zone near the Charvak reservoir. The project includes the construction of 5 million square meters of real estate. During the summit, several agreements on strategic cooperation were signed, including between the companies MANAR Development and ALUTECH Group, Unitify and Paynet Corporation, Unitify and ProfitBase.

The second day of the summit was dedicated to global development trends and practices, culminating in the public discussion “Cities of the Future – An Architect's Perspective” with the participation of international speakers. “I liked the summit and the choice of location for it. I had the opportunity to visit Tashkent and see how quickly the cities here and the country in general are developing. The summit was interesting not only because here one can hear the different opinions of architects from all over the world, but also understand how architecture and urban planning are perceived in Uzbekistan,” said Giovanni de Niederhausern, senior vice president of architecture at the Pininfarina (Italy), shares its impressions. The expert noted that he paid special attention to the first day of the summit program, in which local developers talked about the problems and opportunities of the local market.
In addition to the discussions and speeches on the main stage, a parallel program of the summit was organized. On the first day, an investment corridor went live – a private platform for direct communication between international developers and investors. On the second day, participants can attend a special curriculum from the real estate club “Movement”.

In addition to the summit's business program, two urban tours were organized for developers and investors coming to Tashkent. The destination of the first round was the site of the Sea Breeze Uzbekistan project on the banks of the Charvak reservoir. The urban tour had more than 130 visitors. Participants can learn information about the project from the head of the company, Emin Agalarov, and ask questions about partnerships and investments. The second urban tour for international summit participants was organized by Apex Development. About a hundred experts had the opportunity to visit the construction site of the luxury project Mirabad Square in the center of Tashkent.
