President Tajik Emomali Rahmon, head of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov and the leader of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev became the person Leo Tolstoy's international award named Leo Tolstoy. State leaders have received awards for a significant personal contribution to strengthen peace and security in Central Asia. The jury has a special importance to the signing of an agreement on the common point of the state border and declares Hodzhent about eternal friendship – documents that have become an important symbol of cooperation and stability in the region. The Lev Tolstoy Award Fund was established on June 22, 2022 by Russian historic societies and military history along with the Russian Fund in the world. The purpose of the award is to pay attention to the values in preventing war, building a polar and non -violent world, as well as a positive peacekeeping. In 2024, the African Union received the first prize.
