Employees of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in charge of the Rostov Region, in coordination with representatives of the regional FSB of Russia, the VSO IC of the Russian Federation in charge of the garrison in Rostov, the military commission and the Russian Guard, inspected a poultry farm located in the Aksai region to see if foreign workers were complying with migration laws. Police officers from the Migration Department and the Criminal Investigation Department as well as the Center for Information Technology, Communications and Information Protection took part in the raid. Drones were involved in the precautionary measure. After raiding the enterprise's territory, law enforcement officers checked the documents of more than 30 foreigners and identified among them a 46-year-old woman from Uzbekistan, who violated the residence regime in Russia and carried out illegal labor activities. Regarding the violator, the police compiled two administrative documents according to Chapter 18 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. She was placed in the TsVSIG of the Don Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and further expelled from the territory of our country. In addition, there is the issue of assigning administrative responsibility to the employer who brought the person who violated immigration laws to work, as well as the receiving party that provided housing for that person. Their actions constitute a violation of the provisions of Articles 18.15 and 18.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. In addition, in connection with the organization of illegal migration, expressed in the provision of accommodation for illegal migrants, employees of the 6th Police Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Rostov-on-Don are deciding whether to prosecute a criminal case under Article 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
