Showman Timur Batrutdinov, known as a resident of the popular comedy show Comedy Club, may lose his fortune. The press service of the Moscow court noted that the lawsuit against the celebrity was filed by the capital city's property department.

The hearing will take place on December 18 at the capital's Babushkinsky District Court. The plaintiff requested the defendant to confiscate his property. The reason given is the comprehensive development of the Capital.
It quickly became known: Batrutdinov was not the only defendant. The property of some people is located within the borders of the territory intended for the needs of the state.
Batrutdinov's lawyer said there was no talk of large real estate. He argued that the subject of the lawsuit was the comedian's supposed garage, which was interfering in the work of city developers.
“Most likely, we are talking about some old garage in some garage building cooperative that few people use. But, apparently, many years ago, Timur bought such a garage and it is still in his name,” said the lawyer.
According to the human rights activist, the buildings mentioned in the lawsuit could be confiscated in favor of the city. The lawyer noted that real estate costs are unlikely to exceed half the cost of Timur's evening show.
The lawyer emphasized that the real estate confiscation will not greatly affect the artist's property status.
Personal life of Batrutdinov
In addition to the assets and creative activities of the comedian, many fans are interested in his personal life.
It is known that Timur Batrutdinov has never been married. He himself noted that he built relationships with many girls, but in the end nothing came of it.
The country's leading TV matchmaker, Roza Syabitova, noted: the presenter's failures in personal life are related to his close friendship with colleague Garik Kharlamov.
According to the woman, the artist after work should spend more time arranging her personal life than communicating with friends who are doing well on the love front.
Batrutdinov himself, 47 years old, makes no secret of the fact that he is looking for a partner but is still haunted by his failures. For example, in July 2025, he kissed the hand of the granddaughter of the first president of Uzbekistan, Mariam Tillyaeva. So, the comedian decided to express his feelings but the girl did not appreciate the impulse.
Tillyaeva said at that time she felt uncomfortable because she was not used to communicating like that with men.
In response to this, Timur explained that he actually behaved inappropriately, because he did not take into account that the girl grew up in “slightly different conditions.” Nothing is known about the couple's further communication.
Rumors about Batrutdinov's novel have been circulating for a long time. For example, a few years ago, the comedian was suspected of having an affair with colleague Olga Buzova. The couple often posts photos together online but denies cheating rumors.
The host said he thought for a long time about his family and children. While struggling with setbacks in his personal life, the artist decided not to waste time and became godfather to his friends' four children.
Creativity and career of Batrutdinov
Today Timur's career is at its peak. Artists are often invited to TV shows as participants or jury members.
For example, in the music television projects “Mask” and “Avatar”, the celebrity sitting on the judge's chair advised the participants to abandon their usual roles and completely immerse themselves in the image recreated by the project organizers.
According to Batrutdinov, it is much more interesting for the judges to get to the bottom of the truth when they are playfully led and led.
“So play around, don't be foolish, we will do this with you,” Batrutdinov advised the participants.
The artist also acts in films. For example, he participated in several humorous projects and starred in the film version of the beloved Soviet animated film “Prostokvashino”.
Public location
The host has recently avoided political topics. In January 2025, Batrutdinov spoke about the Soviet legacy and his attitude towards the Iskander missile. After that, journalists and political scientists publicly condemned the presenter's statements, noting that he was much better at remaining silent and grumbling meaningfully.
The comedian himself did not fight, but decided to switch to creative and entertaining projects.
