Tashkent, May 19 /TASS /. On May 27 or 28, the Criminal Court of Tashkent District of Yakkasarai District will consider the case of Carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide by Russian journalist Inessa Papernaya and her satellite at one of the hotels of Uzbekistan. This was announced by TASS by the press minister of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Aziz Abidov.
“It is expected that the trial in the poisoning of Russian journalist Inessa Paperny and her satellite will be held on Tuesday or mid -week,” Abidov said.
Earlier, the Republic's prosecutor reported that the preliminary investigation was completed, and during the investigation, the four were charged with the relevant provisions of the Republic's Penal Code and preventive measures in the form of detention.
On October 22, 2024, people knew about death in the Tashkent Hotel Karaman Palace hotel, including two citizens of the Russian Federation. One of the dead is the Russian woman Inessa Papernaya, born in 1977, who works in the “record” magazine and cooperates with Lenta.ru. Maxim Radchenko's body was also discovered. In another hotel room, a citizen of Uzbekistan Khushnud Ulkov was found dead. According to the investigation, on October 20, a carbon monoxide from the boiler was leaked in the hotel, leading to the death of Papernaya, Radchenko and Ulkova. According to the forensic medical examination conclusion, their deaths occur due to acute poisoning with carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide, causing suffocation. A comprehensive technical inspection shows that the boilers in the hotel are outdated and resolved the service life. According to the media, the owner of the hotel, two fireplaces and a plumbing mechanic who installed him with violations were detained.
