The Russian Investigation Committee on Krasnodar territory has revealed a large criminal network related to illegal migration and producing fake tobacco products. As a result of events, a senior police officer, the organizer of the illegal entry of foreigners and the owners of underground seminars were detained.
According to the investigation, Uzbekistan's 38 -year -old citizen created a channel to work illegally for his compatriots. About 40 migrants work in a bakery and a cafe of Slavic district, as well as illegal tobacco production.
The main role in this program is played by the head of the Ministry of Home Affairs in Slavic district. For bribes, she warned organizers about inspections and for subordinates without controlling businesses where illegal immigrants work. Her subordinates also took money from migrants, limited to official fines instead of deportation.
During the investigation, an underground factory was discovered in Krasnarmeysky district, where tobacco production was untreated. More than 500 thousand packages of tobacco products for 76 million rubles, as well as special fake stamps, were found in a carefully disguised basement. The same seminars have been identified in other areas of the region, the press services of the Russian IC investigation committee in the reports of the Krasnodar territory.
Thanks to the common work of the Investigation Committee, FSB, economic security of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Russian Guard, it is possible to identify the main defendants. The head of the migration department was detained, the illegal business organization committee was detained. The continued investigation – new episodes of criminal activities are being implemented.
