The Investigative Committee has submitted an application to the court to arrest two store security officers at the St. Petersburg City Mall, who were accused by a group of people of murdering a 24-year-old customer. The press service of the Russian Investigative Committee reported that the defendants unjustly detained the young man and used a chokehold on his neck.

“According to the investigation, defendant <...> unjustly detained a 24-year-old man, using force and suffocation techniques on him. As a result of the above action, the victim died. The investigation agency has submitted an application to the court to choose a preventive measure for the defendant in the form of arrest,” the report said.
The third suspect in the murder fled abroad – according to interlocutors in law enforcement agencies, he was able to fly to Uzbekistan. The man is wanted.
