In 2025, under the control of the Kursk Region Federal Execution Office, 89 foreigners left Russia. As the Ministry noted, foreign citizens violated Part 1 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation – they did not leave the territory of the Russian Federation within the established period. They were taken to checkpoints along the state border. Residents of Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, as well as Turkmenistan, Nigeria, Cameroon, Egypt and Georgia were administratively deported. Foreigners who violate the law will be banned from entering Russia for five years.
