Duma State supports the proposals of the Ministry of Justice to enhance criminal responsibility for foreigners. This has been declared by the President of the State's Duma Commission to investigate the intervention events of foreign countries in Russian internal affairs, the head of Duma Committee on Duma's Piskarev Security.
